Florence Luxury Villas has been directly managing 12 luxury apartments in some of the most beautiful locations of the city of Florence for over 20 years. Set in the Pian de' Giullari area and at the foot of Settignano, these accommodations embody the uniqueness of the city of Florence where you can be immersed in authentic Tuscan countryside while at the same time within walking distance from the city center.

Direct ownership of the apartments allows us to give detailed care to each location. The accommodations are built in typical Tuscan style and reinterpreted along modern lines. Completely refurbished, the interiors are inspired by a more contemporary design.

Through personal care and hospitality, the aim of Florence Luxury Villas is to make guests feel at home during their stay in Florence.

How the project was inspired 

Michael Naify, the current owner of Villa Strozzi and Torre del Gallo, has been fascinated by the Medici’s city ever since studying Renaissance history at University. In 1996 he decided to move to Florence with his family to spend a sabbatical year in his beloved city.

He soon fell in love with Florence's art, monuments and architecture.

This story of love and admiration for the city led Michael to buy Villa Strozzi first, and later the former storage complex of Torre del Gallo, renovated by him.

Our vision of luxury stays in Florence was built on our passion to detail and choice of properties.
